Who Am I?
Hi! I’m Cambell, and welcome to Fridge to Fork. I graduated from the University of South Florida and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Marketing while working part-time. Between classes, work, and life in general, I know how busy and overwhelming schedules can get—and how hard it can be to cook meals that are both healthy and easy.
I wanted a place to share simple, realistic recipes that fit into a hectic lifestyle without sacrificing flavor or nutrition. My goal is to show that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming.
