Step-by-Step Instructions
Roasting the Sweet Potatoes
Cube the sweet potatoes and place them in a bowl.
Drizzle with olive or avocado oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 min at 400F or toss in the air fryer at 350F for 15-20 min.
Cooking the Ground Turkey
