A new week means new delicious, wholesome meals from Fridge 2 Fork. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s cooking in your fridge this week - packed with fresh ingredients and flavor to make every night easier and tastier.


Monday – Mango Chicken with Coconut Rice

Start your week on a tropical note.

  • Mango Chicken marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lime, garlic, cilantro, salt & pepper.

  • Topped with a fresh mango salsa of sweet mango, red onion, cilantro, lime & a touch of jalapeño for a kick.

  • Served with fluffy coconut rice for the perfect sweet-savory balance.


Tuesday – Sweet Potato Turkey Bowl

Mid-week power bowl to keep you fueled.

  • Seasoned ground turkey.
